Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its results; we do not keep a local log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive routine technical details when a page loads:

No Criminal-Record Data on File
No database of personal criminal records is maintained, compiled, or sold here. The site explains how West Carroll Parish records may be requested from the Sheriff, Fifth Judicial District Clerk, Louisiana State Police BCII repository, and Louisiana State Police Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. Government access is controlled by the Louisiana Public Records Law, La. R.S. 44:1 et seq., and BCII dissemination is governed by La. R.S. 15:587. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party dossiers.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention rules, and sharing practices govern any information entered there. Review the provider's policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the West Carroll Sheriff, Clerk, Louisiana agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal details.
